These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Yuna mobile application and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Yuna is an AI-based companion experience. The Service may generate responses, suggestions, or links based on your input. You understand that AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete and should not be relied upon as professional advice.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority, you must have your parent/guardian’s permission.
You are responsible for the content you submit (“User Content”), including messages, prompts, and any media you provide. You represent that you have the rights to submit User Content and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.
You agree not to misuse the Service. For example, you will not:
The Service provides AI-generated output for informational and entertainment purposes. Output may be incorrect. You are responsible for how you use the output. Do not use the Service as a substitute for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
If you ask Yuna to open other apps or websites, the Service may generate URLs or deep links. Third-party services are not controlled by us, and their terms and privacy policies apply once you leave our app.
Some features may require a subscription (“Pro”). Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account and renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Pricing may vary by region.
The Service, including app design, logos, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if required for safety, security, or legal reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service or AI output.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of another.
We may modify the Service or these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and may provide notice within the app where required. Your continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
