This Privacy Policy explains how Yuna (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information
when you use our mobile application and related services (the “Service”).

1) Information We Collect

Account & identifiers (optional). If you use features that require identification, we may process
basic identifiers (e.g., device identifiers, app instance identifiers) to provide the Service.

Conversation & content you provide. Messages, prompts, and any text you send to Yuna, plus content you choose to share.
If you enable voice features, audio may be processed to provide speech input/output.

Usage data. App interactions such as screens viewed, session duration, feature usage, crash logs, and performance diagnostics.

Purchases & subscriptions. Subscription status and purchase-related metadata to provide access and handle support.
Payments are processed by Apple; we do not receive your full payment card details.

Links and “assistant actions”. If you ask Yuna to open other apps or websites (e.g., Maps, YouTube),
we may generate deep links or URLs. We do not control third-party services once you leave our app.
2) How We Use Information
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service and its features.
- Generate AI responses and deliver user-requested functionality.
- Personalize your experience (e.g., character customization) when you choose to use those features.
- Detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, abuse, and security risks.
- Process subscriptions, enable Pro features, and provide customer support.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
3) AI Processing & Model Providers
Yuna may use AI technologies to generate responses. Depending on your configuration and region, your inputs may be processed
by our servers and/or trusted third-party AI service providers strictly for the purpose of delivering the Service.
We recommend you do not share sensitive personal information in chat (e.g., passwords, financial account numbers, government IDs),
unless it is necessary and you understand the risks.
4) Sharing of Information
We may share information in these limited circumstances:

Service providers. Vendors who help us operate the Service (hosting, analytics, crash reporting, AI processing).
They are required to protect data and use it only to provide services to us.

Legal & safety. If required by law, to respond to lawful requests, or to protect rights, safety, and security.

Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, information may be transferred as part of that deal.
5) Analytics & Diagnostics
We may collect analytics and diagnostics data to understand performance and improve the app.
You can often limit certain analytics through your device settings where available.
6) Data Retention
We retain information only as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations,
resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods may vary based on the type of data and purpose.
7) Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8) Your Choices & Rights
- Access / deletion. You may request access to or deletion of certain data, subject to legal limits.
- Opt-out. Where applicable, you may opt out of certain analytics via device settings.
- Subscriptions. Manage subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.

The Service is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction).
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided information,
contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
10) International Transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live. We take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards
when transferring data, consistent with applicable law.
11) Third-Party Services
The app may contain links or deep links to third-party services (e.g., Maps, YouTube, websites). This Privacy Policy does not
cover third-party practices. Review their policies before using those services.
12) Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the effective date.
Material changes may be communicated within the app where required.
